Why Not Every Bra is Created Equally!

Just like our personalities, our bodies are all very different, but have very similar attributes. Our bodies are a result of a genetic footprint from everything that created us, as well as how we live our lives. Breasts sizing changes overtime, and they change with how a person lives their life; just like your body. Learn how to identify your body shape, breast shape, and how it may change over time.

Creating Change Wear (Where) You Are: Kim Allchurch Flick

Changewear is committed to supporting women where they are. We believe that supporting each other, no matter the circumstances or story, creates a movement to empower each other. By celebrating our differences, sharing challenges and acknowledging our wins, we shine light on our tenacity, resilience and strength.

Changewear is pleased to present a series featuring inspiring women and their amazing accomplishments and impact. By highlighting and sharing each woman’s story and passionate endeavors, we can build each other up, spread the word, create a meaningful network of support and share stories of how women are Creating Change Where They Are.

Meet Kim:

We are pleased for you to meet Kim Allchurch Flick, Advocateur, Connector, Collaborator, Catalyst and founder of Mighty Epiphyte Consulting. Kim is an experienced businessperson and educator who helps companies make positive impacts by helping them align purpose with people, planet, and profit. Kim founded Mighty Epiphyte after several career changes and brings together her passions for entrepreneurship, social enterprise, sustainability, and marketing to support companies who hope to develop strategic marketing plans and get B Corp or Benefit Company Certified. We are so grateful to learn from Kim and celebrate her work and influence in creating change where she is.

Changewear: Please tell us about Mighty Epiphyte Consulting and how you came to create this.

Kim Allchurch Flick: After a wonderful career in medicine, layoffs led me to an International MBA revolving around marketing, sustainability and social enterprise.  A teacher hired me for a tech startup, her and I hired 9 team members and we felt like we were rocking the world in a new way for the greater good. Until we learned the corporate money wasn’t there.  When we went to work to an eviction notice on the door, I created Mighty Epiphyte at first to give them contract work. We still stay in touch and support each other.

The social enterprise, volunteering, business for good triad has always been in my DNA.  In University I worked with companies to nurture them through their B Lab assessments to become B Corp in the first year of the program.  Mighty Epiphyte takes this skill, combined with my business acumen, education and love of entrepreneurship for people, planet, profit and purpose and gives me a platform to be an advocate and coach toward better business for good, improving and measuring impact.  I have restarted from scratch more than once, my mission to help drives me.

CW: Change is a big part of our brand and we believe in effecting change where you are and that even the smallest change can bring about huge benefits. What are some changes that you made in your life that had great impacts on you or others around you?

KAF:  From 4 layoffs to a new career.  From married to divorced to head over heels in blissful marriage.  I have greatly simplified, need less to do more, don’t need “stuff”, I nurture my need to contribute and give back, to be a great problem preventer, solution seeker, change maker.

CW: What are some ways that we can help support you? What would you like us to know?

KAF:  Referrals!

CW: What are you most looking forward to in your immediate future?

KAF:  Seeing my nephew in his winter concert, a blossoming musician in a career that’s tough for making a living.

CW: Changewear is excited to support you because of the thoughtful and impactful changes your are creating. To allow us to follow you and advocate, please share your social media and contact information.
